BCL Property Maintenance has been particularly active in gaining prestigious maintenance contracts from Property and Facilities Managers. The Division currently holds maintenance contracts with Aberdeenshire Council covering Property and Housing. The expertise and skills of its staff and operatives enables the division to win many small works contracts.

Banchory Contractors have had an excellent start to the year having won contracts valued at almost £28M during the first 6 months of 2006.

These contracts include 3 new residential phases at Hill of Banchory valued at £3.8M, a housing development at Kingseat valued at £5M and Holiday Accommodation together with a new Members Club House at Inchmarlow Golf Centre valued at £1.9M.

On the Commercial front we have been awarded contracts for an Office and Warehouse development at Peterseat, Altens for John McLean Electrical & Sons valued at £3.16M and New Commercial units on Great Northern Road valued at £1.15M.

We have also been awarded Educational Sector contracts at Aberdeen Grammar, Albyn School, Dunecht Primary and Aberdeen College valued at £5.14M.

In the Medical Sector we have won contracts at Cove and the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary valued at £1.9M.
