The foundation of the Bancon Group commenced in 1975 and over the 35 years since has expanded with there now being some 7 companies within the Group:-

The activities of the Group cover all aspects of the construction and development industry from building houses, educational, hotels, offices etc. including timberframe design and manufacture.
Operationally, the Group trades generally within the North East / Aberdeen corner of Scotland. However the timber frame company, Deeside Timberframe Limited, operate throughout the UK.
The Group are in a strong position with current works in progress and significant land bank opportunities which will enable it to gear up again once market indicators prove it is sensible to do so.
Scope of Work
The main purpose and focus of the Group is to generate business opportunities in Residential, Commercial, Development, Construction together with Timber Frame Supply for the subsidiaries within the Group.
